We're glad you're excited — your gear is on its way! Follow the steps below to track your Parks Apparel order.

Step 1: Check Your Order Status

Log in to your account or use the link in your order confirmation email to view your order status on our Order Status page. This page shows real-time fulfillment updates.

Step 2: Use Your Carrier Tracking Number

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a carrier tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Click that link to see live updates from the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).

Step 3: Allow for Processing Time

Most orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days. Carrier transit times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
