1. Shipping Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. We primarily use USPS for our deliveries.

Domestic (United States)

  • Economy (Orders $0.00–$74.99): $4.90 (Transit time: 5-8 business days)
  • Economy (Orders $75.00 and up): Free (Transit time: 5-8 business days)
  • Standard: $6.90 (Transit time: 3-5 business days)

International (Canada)

  • Economy International: $13.95 (Transit time: 6-10 business days)

Please note: Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@parksapparel.com or via our Contact Us page. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates for Canada are listed above.
